This large ranch style home sleeps up to 10 people with 5 large bedrooms, 2 baths, and is air conditioned for your complete comfort. This home includes internet access, a private deck with outside furniture, gas grill, and outdoor hot water shower. The spacious, fully equipped (kitchenware & utensils) eat-in kitchen comes with a dishwasher, 2 refrigerators, and microwave. This leads out to a large deck with Webber grill, tables and chairs. Also includes a washer and Dryer. Minutes away, off Rt28 are: Pleasant St Beach, Forest Beach, Cockle Cove Beach, Ridgevale Beach, Harding Beach. All are located on the warm waters of Nantucket Sound.

Five Lovely Cape cod beaches are nearby, the closest being 1 mile away.  Located in Chatham , one of the quaintest areas on Cape Cod is  Oyster Pond which is salt water, has life guards and free admission and parking.  A perfect place for very small children, located five minutes by car from the Swan.
